Dopo essere stato protagonista con la mostra “The Queen & Culture” e “Beyond Vesuvius” nel 2021, Endless torna in Italia esponendo le sue opere in uno degli spazi più esclusivi del capoluogo lombardo con la mostra "Endless in Milano” ppresso la Art & Luxury Private Gallery a Milano curata dal Prof. Pasquale Lettieri.
Dalle parole del Prof. Pasquale Lettieri – Presidente del Comitato scientifico di Art & Luxury Investments Fund e Curatore della Gallery: “L’arte di Endless è una rivisitazione del mito contemporaneo e insieme approfondimento dell’immagine all’interno di una società panottica in cui contano solo le immagini. Endless dissacra icone contemporanee quali Queen Elizabeth e Chanel N°5 interpretandole attraverso lo stile della Street Art.
La sua arte è ispirata dalla consumabilità, provocazione dei principi del sistema pubblicitario che domina la comunicazione”.
Un’arte audace che contiene un messaggio potente sull’adorazione dei brand, in un mondo in cui i marchi sono le nuove divinità, i negozi sono le nuove chiese, le riviste patinate sono Bibbie e le celebrità e gli influencer recitano la parte degli Dei.
“Uso i marchi e i loghi come commento alla cultura moderna e mai come una critica. Prendo semplicemente quello che vedo nel mondo e lo riconfiguro, per dare un senso, ma non in modo negativo.” afferma Endless.
After being the protagonist with the exhibition “The Queen & Culture” and “Beyond Vesuvius” in 2021, Endless returns to Italy exhibiting his works in one of the most exclusive spaces in the Lombard capital, Art & Luxury Private Gallery in Milan with a new solo exhibition "Endless in Milano" curated by Prof. Pasquale Lettieri.
From the words of Prof. Pasquale Lettieri - President of the Scientific Committee of the Art & Luxury Investments Fund and Curator of the Gallery: "The art of Endless is a reinterpretation of the contemporary myth and at the same time an in-depth study of the image within a panoptic society in which only the images count. Endless desecrates contemporary icons such as Queen Elizabeth and Chanel N ° 5 by interpreting them through the style of Street Art. His art is inspired by consumability, provocation of the principles of the advertising system that dominates communication".
Bold art that holds a powerful message about brand worship, in a world where brands are the new gods, shops are the new churches, glossy magazines are Bibles, and celebrities and influencers play the part of Gods.
“I use brands and logos as a comment on modern culture and never as a criticism. I just take what I see in the world and reconfigure it, to make sense, but not in a negative way” says Endless.
