In this striking mixed media work, Endless fuses iconography, consumer culture, and visceral materiality to interrogate the construction of identity in a hyper mediated world. A fragmented portrait, part classical Madonna, part contemporary muse, emerges from layers of spray paint and collage, with imagery cut directly from fashion magazines and advertising, embedding the visual language of desire and aspiration into the surface itself. At its core, the artist inserts his own eyes, fixing his gaze onto the viewer and reframing the composition as both self-portrait and confrontation, an assertion of how he perceives the world while implicating the audience within it. Encircling the figure, a halo of arranged syringes replaces the sacred with the synthetic; objects originally designed for healing are here re-contextualised, pointing to their subsequent role in human addiction and their presence on the streets where life unfolds in all its raw, unfiltered, and often untold complexity. The juxtaposition of vivid neon hues with stark monochrome elements underscores the tension between allure and decay, while the disrupted facial planes suggest the erosion of authenticity under the pressures of branding and mass consumption. True to Endless’ visual language, the work bridges street art immediacy with fine art precision, transforming found materials into potent symbols of cultural critique, where beauty, danger, and desire collide in uneasy harmony.
