Operation Guernica 2020 (OG2020) is a project born during the Covid-19 emergency with the aim of inviting to reflect on what is happening and the changes that await us.
Each work consists of a semi spherical case containing a composition, which refers to the structure of a virus, where the chromatic variations of the LED lights amplify the perceptive suggestion of the slow change of a living and dynamic material. The entire work was conceived emulates the global pandemic spread of the virus and generates an archipelago of virus-cells that symbolizes the historical memory of this difficult moment, a warning to don't forget to continue to move forward, so that art can help to stimulate critical thinking.
