The artist's mental forge is studded with elements of the human body and materials such as lead and brass that recall alchemical studies, fragments of a new creation and a new bond that reveal a new meaning. The theme is time in its fleeting passing, but also in its fixation in memory and its survival as an artefact, in an inextricable continuum linking past, present and future.
