Copyright The Artist
One of the three largest mammals on the planet, the Rhinoceros, lives eternal paradoxes and contradictions. Alien, archaic and primitive, his form is both contemporary and remote. Strong, powerful and majestic with an aggressive appearance, it is instead solitary, reflective and silent in nature. To which we instinctively refer wisdom, substance and stability. Nothing about him is as it seems... and in this I see the symbol of supreme resilience: the coherence of living "mutatis mutandis", without ever betraying your own essence. Today, when the days are getting tough and we all become warrior animals, I hope we will be guided on tiptoe by wisdom, and not by the fear, towards a better future.
