Endless often depicts the designer fashion icon, Karl Lagerfeld in his works and in many street art pieces. After spotting his work on the streets of Amsterdam, the Karl Lagerfeld team reached out to Endless and kick started a series of projects, ending November 2019 with the launch of a capsule clothing collection. Endless believes that Karl is one of the key creatives of our time and the sheer amount that he managed to achieve in his lifetime should be respected, recognised and praised. The piece also ties in with Endless’ ‘brand worship’ ethos, demonstrating the way fashion, brands and celebrity culture is worshiped in modern society almost as a new era religion. Endless has created this piece using a detailed hand-cut stencil with spray paint and the central image has been coated with diamond dust.
